What you will be doing:
XD Connects is on the lookout for a tech-savvy ICT Business Applications Specialist to join our ICT Department. As a ICT Business Applications Specialist, you'll be the go-to problem solver for keeping our systems in top shape. Reporting to the Manager ICT - Business Applications, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our technology runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure optimal functioning of commercial applications within XD Connects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve glitches in our applications.
- Collaborate with internal key-users to understand and document new requirements.
- Develop practical solutions aligned with the application's design.
- Document changes clearly for external tech teams.
- Propose ideas for system improvements.
- Coordinate with key-users to test changes effectively.
- Lead and organize project teams.
Main Tasks:
- Investigate requirements and document changes.
- Craft and update user-friendly manuals.
- Test system changes before implementation.
- Implement new processes, systems, and procedures.
- Provide training to our awesome end-users.
- Be the go-to person for Salesforce and MyTrialhead.
