What you will be doing:

Ready to shape the future of apparel with XD Connects? We're seeking a dynamic Product Developer to join our innovative team. If you're passionate about apparel, low-impact, and pushing boundaries in the industry, this is your chance to make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new fabrics with corresponding suppliers
• Develop new colours and check labdips (spectra photo meter)
• Create Technical files - technical sketches, product description, measurement & grading.
• Follow up Sampling, arrange fitting and prepare proto comments
• Organize Size Set fitting and prepare final comments for production 
• Prepare Care labels for new styles 
• Set color standards and ensure regular shade evaluation
• Arrange print tests during fabric development and before production 
• Check and approve PPS samples and all other sales/team/fair samples
• Cross develop samples.

What we are looking for:

• You have a technical degree in textile.
• Experience in the textile industry (retail or B2B).
• Fluent in English and Dutch
• Knowledge of illustrator.
• You have a strong awareness of the challenges of sustainable development
• Strong communication skills as well as problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Great multitasking skills and capabilities to ensure deadlines.
